Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): costing, quotations, RFI, Engineering, negotiation, claims, procurement, liaison with clients, liaison with contractors, field engineering
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent. The individual would be required to do site-visit and prepare project costing.
- Regular and timely follow-up with clients to support Request-for-Tenders.
- To smoothly manage a response to 'Request for Tenders' (RFT) or 'Request for Proposals' (RFP) issued by existing or prospective clients.
- This is a key role in the organization. You would require to coordinate with other departments to consolidate the tender submission.
- The parties will include our sub-contractors or joint partners. You are to warrant completeness in submission and put forward the best possible response which will demonstrate value-creation in our tender.
- You will need to assure all deadlines are met as well as manage the graphic design and visual presentation of both hard copy and digital version.
- Close follow-up and strong customer service attitude to handle commercial negotiation
