Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement industry leading acquisition and retention
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through higher conversion, frequency and AOV
  • Manage the marketing budget to optimise for ROI

Marketing Calendar

  • Create & plan promotions and campaigns to delight new and existing customers
  • Plan & coordinate the optimal timing of all new product launch campaigns, working closely with Merchandising

Customer Experience

  • Create and oversee content and creative for website, to deliver enhanced web UX
  • Build robust EDM strategy & optimise email experience
  • Shape our loyalty programme and drive higher participation among customers

Performance Marketing

  • The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and adjust our SEO performance
  • The ideal candidate will be able to implement Google AdWords, Meta Ads strategy
  • Work with our Affiliate partners to oversee and analyse performance of marketing

Central to this role is balancing acquisition and brand awareness with driving retention and customer loyalty. We are looking for a strategic, data-led marketer who enjoys working autonomously.


Customer Analytics & Insights

  • Undertake analytics (Shopify, GA) to gain key insights on product purchases and customer behaviour to help support decision making on acquisition and targeting
  • Identify high priority customers, develop customer profiles and missions build targeted strategies to recruit, retain and grow their annual value

Brand & Content

  • Build Sasha’s Fine Foods brand across channels – incl. PR & influencer engagement
  • Provide creative direction for content development across all channels and asset types

Sales

  • You may be required to perform more traditional sales work as well


Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Marketing experience in a consumer facing e-Commerce business
  • Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience across earned, owned and paid channels (esp. social, search, display, EDM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in asset development and creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking – incl. Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp
  • Proficiency in Shopify a bonus
  • Experience with creating Google Ads and Meta Ads

Remuneration: Competitive, depending on experience
