- Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Support and maintain project schedules jointly with Product Managers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment among team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Service Management products or Knowledge Management and Collaboration products.
- Support in conducting user acceptance testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support in providing training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of Service Management products, or Knowledge Management and Collaboration products.
Requirements
- Experienced in project management, preferably in the software development industry.
- Good understanding of Service Management, or Knowledge Management and Collaboration products,including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in SharePoint Online
- Min Diploma in any relevant discipline
