Our client is a private nonprofit/NGO organization HQ in Singapore. They support government leaders and public officers worldwide in nation building and strengthening public institutional capacity through training, research, and advisory work. They support government leaders, share tools and frameworks for effective policymaking, and empower nations to provide better public services for citizens.
Due to operations expansion, they are now seeking to hire a qualified public service talent for the role of:
Head - Curriculum (Public Policy)
Required skillsets:
- Reporting to the CEO cum Academy Dean
- Humanities Degree/Masters or equivalent
- With minimum 5 years related experience and currently a Senior Manager/Curriculum Head of a curriculum development team seeking a next step career growth opportunity
- Experience from a renowned public policy institution (e.g. CSC, LKYSPP, RSIS or similar) or Public Service ministry training academy most ideal
- With current or previous work experience in a government ministry doing policy work
- Experience in designing curriculum for adult learners, and understands the principles of learning design for adults
- Experience in developing/writing different types of curricula (e.g. simulations, games, slides, case studies, teaching notes, class projects etc)
- Public service mindset with passion and is mission driven - believes in good governance development and nonprofit work
