Project Manager
Working Time : Monday to Saturday ( 9.00am-6.00pm )
Job responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
- Manage 3-4 groups of workers.
- Possess good English and Chinese communication skills with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email .
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
- Weekly visits site meeting when required
- Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request
Requirements :
- Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
- Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money.
- Able to work under pressure.
Benefits:
- Annual leaves.
- Contract renew every 2 years, pay increment every 6 months
- Basic Salary $1600 to $3200 depends on qualifications and work experience.
- Average Gross salary $ 5000 to $10000 after plus commission.
