Responsibilities
- Handle public relations matter pertaining to the project
- Handle feedback / complains from the public and stakeholders and resolve issue amicably
- Attend dialogue sessions with the Resident Committees if require
- Close liaison with project manager on project schedules and updates
- Provide administrative support to the project team as assigned
- Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
- To prepare and compile weekly report on all the complaints and requests received form the public
- Assist Project Manager on daily administration work
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails, documents reports and drawings
- Ensure maintain of proper record and filing system
- Other ad hoc administrative support
Requirements
- Diploma / “A” levels
- Relevant working experience, preferably in Construction industry
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Good written and effectively bilingual
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
