Job Overview
We are looking for Junior Product Manager to help support and build our growing product offerings. You will manage the delivery of new product features and enhancement to our payment data APIs, with the focus on optimizing processes and bringing customer delight.
As Junior Product Manager, you will be given plenty of both guidance and growth opportunities to develop as a product professional. The ideal candidate should be analytical while still open-minded to creative solutions, and independent/self-driven while also being open the feedback and collaboration.
Job Scope
- Lead and deliver projects, work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables.
- Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations
- Manage the integration of various components of the project for delivery of product features
- Work cohesively with team members to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed according to schedule.
Experience Requirements
- Possess minimum 3 years of working experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Development
- Experience with practically minded Agile software development and software engineering best practices
- Experience with working in FinTech industry an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, organizational and leadership talents, communication skills, systems thinking, and customer focus
