Job Description
● Develop an overall lead generation strategy for each brand/centre, including use of suitable lead capture, lead magnets, lead qualification and lead segmentation techniques.
● Plan and execute creative and innovative brand-level and centre-level lead generation campaigns, which ensure a steady stream of incoming qualified customer leads each month for each brand/centre within the organization’s network.
● Utilize an integrated mix of online and offline channels that include digital, email, social media, events, content marketing, affiliate/referral and localized outreach campaigns to meet monthly lead generation targets for each brand/centre.
● Create professional, effective landing pages for optimal conversion and track relevant customer acquisition metrics for continual campaign optimization.
● Develop creative ideas for lead magnets and/or promotional campaign mechanisms that appeal to target customers and helps the brand stand out against competitors in a crowded market.
● Maintain monthly calendar of all lead generation campaigns and programmes, both at the brand and individual centre level.
● Track and report on lead generation performance metrics, using this data to continually optimize campaign performance, including but not limited to the use of A/B testing and email/landing page optimization techniques.
● Use marketing automation techniques to automate processes, and collaborate with internal departments/stakeholders to obtain feedback and improve quality of campaign outcomes.
Experience & Skills Requirements
● Degree holder or higher qualification.
● At least 3 years of experience or more in driving lead generation and nurturing campaigns for B2C businesses.
● Deep knowledge and expertise in running and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns, SEM/PPC campaigns across Google/Facebook and also in other relevant offline and online channels.
● Experience in campaign budgeting and metrics tracking, measurement and reporting.
● Understanding of buyer psychology, pricing and discount strategies to maximize lead generation outcomes and eventual sales conversion.
● Expert command of the English language, with a creative mind overflowing with ideas, a keen eye for design & a flair for creating impactful marketing campaigns.
● Expert communication and presentation skills to engage key internal or external stakeholders effectively.
● Team-oriented player with ability to get things done quickly.
● Good project management and time management skills.
● Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
