Job Summary

An Manager / Assistant Manager position to work with the Department Head and other Operatives to meet or exceed the revenue objectives of the Department by promoting our services and concluding real estate transactions (in Singapore or possibly the region) through a high standard of professional practice, customer service and team work. The responsibilities are not limited to:

  • Meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets by concluding real estate transactions.
  • Making quality prospecting calls every week to develop leads, maintain and update the tenant register while following up closely with all enquiries
  • Creating proposals / presentations and pitching to clients in order to win mandates
  • Contract negotiations and contract management

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate from a reputable University with at least three years transactional experience.
  • Able to work in teams while being passionate about doing business development and creating their own pool of network.
  • Existing network of regional/global clients would be a benefit for a candidate.
  • Well versed in financial modelling with analytical skills to assist clients with budgetary requirements.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of tools.
  • Ability to network through attendance at client and industry functions for business and knowledge development.
  • It is critical for the candidate to join business chambers and professional bodies such as RICS.
  • CEA License is preferred.
