Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager for Taiwan, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives in Taiwan.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities, product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.
- Represent Leoch Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting the battery market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and business development experience, preferably in the battery or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the Taiwanese market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, drive results, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan and occasionally internationally.
