Key Responsibilities:
- Posting transactions in QuickBooks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting in marketing initiatives such as email blasts and social media marketing campaigns.
- Managing client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Contributing to website advertisement efforts and maintaining online presence.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- At least Polytechnic college level education.
- While familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred, it is not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in marketing or administration is a plus.
- Open for 4 hours work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 1pm to 5:00 pm
