Part-Time Admin Assistant

Freelanz Management Services Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting transactions in QuickBooks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assisting in marketing initiatives such as email blasts and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Managing client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Contributing to website advertisement efforts and maintaining online presence.
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • At least Polytechnic college level education.
  • While familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred, it is not a requirement.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in marketing or administration is a plus.
  • Open for 4 hours work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 1pm to 5:00 pm
