Responsibilities
- Preparation of contract and negotiation with sub-contractors
- Quantity surveying duties like
- Variation works
- Preparation of Letter of Award
- Preparation of payment claims
- Issuing payment response and
- Any other works as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in construction related field
- Those with a Diploma or Degree in electical engineering will be an added advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years’ of hands-on working experience and proven track record
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
- Strong anaytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
