Job Responsibilities
- Discover an opportunity to learn how various business operations are executed, from the ground up: from strategy, HR, policies, compliance, and much more
- Work closely with clients to understand the different functions within their company
- Carry out audits on clients’ processes
- Consult with clients to streamline processes
- Conduct training and provide support to clients
- Participate in the development of EduValue
- Fast-track to leadership position for high performers
- Potential to branch out to other companies under the group
- Lead and mentor a team of members to work collaboratively on projects and provide exceptional service to clients

- Min. Diploma / Degree holder with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Versatile team player, with strong self-discipline and project management skills
- Large capacity for learning and embracing challenges
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and able to handle parallel projects
- Highly process driven and able to deliver work with timeliness and quality
- Adventurous, and enjoy working in a fast, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership skills required to lead and inspire a team of members in delivering exceptional service to clients
Note:
- Candidates with Private Education Industry experience will be highly advantageous
- Candidates with experience with EduTrust will be preferred
