Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
- Verify shipment detail before delivery.
- Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipping and payment arrangement.
- Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.
- Arranging or coordinate for office maintenance services (eg. Air conditioner, printer,pantries appliances and laptop etc.)
- Sourcing & Purchasing & Maintaining of Office Supplies (newly added)
- Coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks
Requirements
- Non-experience candidates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- 1 year of experience in shipping or sales coordination roles would be an advantage
