Responsibilities :
• Reading, interpreting and / or executing various machining works using CNC Machines.
• Operating and setup of CNC machines.
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
• Prepare and update of CNC programs.
• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
• Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
• Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.
