Candidate must be an individual that is highly motivated, hardworking, charismatic, team player, self-reliable who is currently looking to launch a career with great earning potential. A proven sales individual who understands how to target a prospect, build solid pipeline of opportunities, and exceed the sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customers’ enquiries via telephone and/ or email and serve walk-in customers.
- Develop and follow-up on sales lead from various sources including social media platform.
- Responsible for achieving individual sales targets set by the company.
- Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and manage day-to-day operations.
- Provide loan package breakdown to customers and handle sales related paperwork.
Role requirements:
- Well-spoken and service-oriented
- Possess Class 3 Driving License
- Good communication interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on weekends
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role but not mandatory
- 6 days work week (with 1 weekday off)
Salary Range
- Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Incentives
- Combined Commission and incentives from $6,000 - $10,000 upwards
