Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for our expanding metals / commodity business in Asian regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets in the challenging market and must have knowledge in managing risks, hedging, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and existing suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with existing team members to identify market trends and trading strategies in the LME markets. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans and ensuring the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing strategies, understanding customers requirements to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling and managing marketing and sales team.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs.
Requirements
• Degree in Business Management or a related field with at least 3-4 years experience.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationships and communication.
• Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise.
• A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
