We are seeking a dedicated Contract HR Generalist to join our team on a contractual basis for one year. The Contract HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates
· Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
· Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
· Support training and development initiatives for employees
· Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations
· Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
· Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related queries
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
· Minimum 3 years experience working in HR field
· Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and procedures
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills, and have basic knowledge of HRIS such as Workday
