Job Descriptions:
- Lead and supervise a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Schedule and coordinate security staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Develop and implement security plans and strategies to safeguard people, property, and assets.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure that security staff comply with established guidelines and protocols.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and emergency services as needed.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras.
- Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
- Provide ongoing training for security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related events.
- Manage access control systems, including monitoring and regulating entry and exit points.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Develop and update emergency response plans and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a security license.
- At least 1 year working experience as a Security Supervisor.
