We are looking for a skilled Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis for one year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet our company's hiring needs. The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:
· Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
· Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
· Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and job requirements
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
· Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the recruitment process
· Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
· Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
· Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
· Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
