Job Description
- Attend to patients courteously upholding quality service standard
- Do appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer’s emails and other avenues of communication
- Follow up with patients and clinics’ phone calls and emails when necessary
- Process payments and invoices to relevant parties
- Filing, checking invoices - labs, drugs
Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- 5.5 days (office hours; off on Sunday and PH)
