Working Location: Pandan
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily preparation and production of pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of pastry products.
• Decorate cakes and pastries.
• Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requiremens:
• Having good knowledge in Pastry and holding a Certificate in Pastry or equivalent is more preferable.
• Must have experience in pastry/cake production.
• Have good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Prefer cdd who can start work immediately
• Physically fit, need to stand a lot
Remuneration:
• Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000 (Depending on experience)
• Working hours: 9am-5pm
• 6 days work week, off on Monday
• Overtime x 1.5 (according to MOM)
