Salary Range: $2,200 to $3,000
Job Description:
- Assist in various customer service tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and other finance or customer service-related duties.
- Perform general administrative duties such as document sorting, filing, data entry, binding, scanning, etc.
- Match invoices with system records and maintain organized filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and business partners for invoice processing.
- Occasionally attend to walk-ins (couriers, delivery personnel, etc.).
- Identify and resolve process gaps and customer issues to improve team productivity and operations efficiency.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE "O" Level, GCE "A" Level, or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of call centre experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management, document management, administrative, and project coordination skills.
- Results and service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently in challenging timelines.
- Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude.
