Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounts.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare the monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Prepare monthly management / financial reports with analysis against budget
- Prepare audit schedules and handle/liaise queries from auditors for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
- Prepare quarterly accounts for GST submission to IRAS
- Prepare Tax Computation for clients on half yearly basis
- Involve in budget preparation.
- Arrears Management.
Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related experience; preferably from Property
- Management / Real Estate industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
