Role Description
· Provide timely reporting of the Group and Business Units’ result including financial analysis and financial information for management to monitor performance and formulate business decision.
· Manage all aspects of financial matters including accounting, financial control, financial reporting, variance analysis.
· Ensure all transactional activities are carried out in accordance with IFRS.
· Ensure proper internal controls are in placed to safeguard the interest of the company and compliances to corporate policies.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Corp Development, legal) and also external auditors and relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with accounting, tax, legislative and other regulatory requirements.
· Manage year end Group audit reporting, and local statutory reporting process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
· Responsible for the accounting policies of the Group to ensure consistency among all the entities in the Group and compliance within the Group and Shareholder’s accounting guidelines.
· Support portfolio companies on financial matters.
· Provide advice to the local team on all accounting-related matters.
Requirements :
· Possess a Degree majoring in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent
· Possess Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant
· At least 5 years of relevant experience
· Experienced in dealing with authorities, auditors and financial institutions (i.e. banks)
· Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations
· Possess knowledge and working experience in Oracle Fusion and FCCS
· Proficient in Microsoft office especially excel
· Good proficiency in English and Chinese, i.e. spoken, written and listening
· Possess a high level of integrity, independent and strong analytical skills
· Strong coaching and mentoring skill
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
