Job Description

  • Keying in accounting data entries using in-house accounting software
  • Check and verify accounting entries to invoices and other source documents
  • Prepare online payments to third parties / suppliers
  • Process staff claims for e-payments
  • Prepare invoices and email to customers
  • Carry out job assignments as directed / assigned by senior staff


Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge & experience
  • Able to work in tight deadlines environment
  • Fresh graduates from local Polytechnics are welcome
  • Good communication skills with a sharp mind and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Office software and tools
