KeyResponsibilities/Duties:
- Update and engage with Stakeholders, Town Council with ongoing progress of site development.
- Manage all correspondences with LTA/QPS/Subcontractor. Ensure full spectrum of letters/documents in placed.
- Ensure all feedback from stakeholders are addressed immediately with our safety and construction team and reply to stakeholder immediately on what measures we will take.
- Ensure all documents are updated promptly.
- Submit monthly PRO report to LTA and Planner for inclusion into the monthly report.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in LTA project
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
