Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- New employee onboarding process – letter of appointment/input new employee's details into HRIS/email preparation, company regulation, internal announcement.
- Handle of staff Confirmation and off-boarding issue.
- Responsible for work passes application (WP, SPass, EP), renewal, and cancellation.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Support the learning and development needs of staff by processing and administering full spectrum of training activities, courses and programs for them.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate HOD.
Qualification Requirements
- Candidate possesses at least a diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Management or related field.
- Knowledge of MOM regulations, Work Pass applications.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR / Admin work, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
