Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Director/Manager in administering all documentation involved with LTA underground station (including bored tunnels) project,
- Process all incoming and outgoing document within the required time period and procedure,
- Ensure all documents/drawings are organised, stored and backed up according to the company procedure,
- Prepare letters, DAR and other transmittals for submitting deliverables to clients,
- Monitor and keep track of project document submission status through online system,
- Performs other project related administrative duties as assigned by the Project Director/Manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 year relevant experience in LTA construction project working as document controller,
- Positive working attitude,
- Willing to work at site office environment
