Responsibilities:
- Strategic ICT Project Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic ICT project plan that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring that ICT initiatives support the organization's growth and innovation.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ICT project managers and professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution and professional development.
- Project Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage a portfolio of global ICT projects, overseeing project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate ICT resources effectively, ensuring that the right resources are assigned to projects based on their skillset, availability, and project priorities.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and ensure that projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project status updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that ICT project deliverables meet or exceed established quality criteria.
- Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and consultants as needed to support project delivery and technology procurement.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and strive for continuous improvement in ICT project management methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in managing global ICT projects, including successful delivery and leadership of project teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMP.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and mentoring a team of ICT professionals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
- Knowledge of ICT technologies, infrastructure, and software development methodologies.
- Budget management and financial acumen to effectively manage project budgets and resources.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a commitment to driving the organization's digital transformation.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed for project coordination and collaboration.
