Responsibilities:
1. Generate long-short investment ideas in the Korean stock market, applying a bottom-up, fundamental investment process.
2. Conduct industry and company analysis through meetings with companies, industry experts, and financial modelling and valuation tasks.
3. Assist in portfolio monitoring by providing periodic updates on coverage stocks.
Qualifications:
1. Major in Economics or Finance preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundamental equity research (company and industry analysis) for the Korean stock market.
3. Experience in an equity long-short fund is preferred.
4. Fluency in Korean and English languages.
