Skills and experience Required :
· Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent or relevant professional qualifications (CA/CPA/CFA)
· Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Multi-national company
· Understanding of financial data analysis and SFRS/IFRS reporting
· Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders
· Strong work ethic and the ability to handle pressure
· Hands-on experience with the full spectrum of accounting functions and prior experience in HR management
· Technology Savy and Trustworthy
· Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets and XERO Accounting Software would be highly preferred
· Analytical, proactive, resilient and resourceful with solid problem-solving skills
Job Descriptions
· Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for preparing monthly closings, tax declarations, general accounting, processing all invoices, working capital management, cash flow and risk management.
· You will prepare management reports to provide qualitative analysis of business performance and cash flow projections and liaise with external audit and tax agents.
· Reporting and controlling all fiscal and finance activities.
· Developing budget packages for all departments, coordinating/consolidating the annual budget, and tracking the budget performance.
· Monitoring performance of direct reports, providing prompt and objective coaching and counselling.
· Managing legal processes and official correspondence with all official institutions, banks, and other financial institutions.
· Responsible for managing and supporting third-party relations with internal and external auditors and governmental and tax authorities.
· Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
· Ad-hoc, supporting administrative affairs and HR processes when required.
