4X Technologies is one-stop ELV System provider and a Systems Integrator specialized in Security & Communication Systems, i.e. Public Address, CCTV, Card Access, Intercom, Fireman Intercom, Intrusion Alarm, Emergency Call, Door Monitoring, Fire Alarm and Professional Sound Systems. We are on a lookout for a Procurement Executive and the selected trainee will be reporting and working closely with the Director. Your main responsibility would be to acquire the necessary technology and equipment to ensure the proper functioning of various low-voltage systems in buildings and infrastructure.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to understand the specific ELV system requirements for the project.
2. Identify the scope of ELV systems, including security, communication, audio-visual, and data systems.
3. Research and identify potential ELV equipment and system vendors or suppliers.
4. Evaluate vendors based on their expertise, reputation, product quality, and pricing.
5. Invite qualified ELV system vendors to submit proposals. Review and assess vendor proposals, ensuring they align with technical and functional requirements.
6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with selected vendors. Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to ensure the chosen ELV solutions provide value for the project.
7. Identify potential risks related to ELV procurement and implementation.
8. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
