Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to organize product demonstrations, technical seminars, user training sessions, and provide application support to customers and channel partners.
- Conduct evaluations of customer samples, facilitate application feasibility reports, and collaborate with reference sites as part of the process.
- Provide application support and guidance on method development to existing users.
- Develop supporting materials for pertinent commercial events.
- Establish regional users’ network to foster technical collaborations
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years relevant experience in applications role in analytical instruments industry
- Good to have experience working with X-ray-based analysers
- Capable of handling and successfully completing multiple tasks, operating with a high degree of flexibility.
