Benefits Summary:
- Salary: Basic $ 3,000 - $3,500
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Location: Lavender Street
Responsibilities:
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating of work effort, advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
- Collaborate with the designer to review construction plans and determine quantity requirements.
- Evaluate costs for maintenance and additional building needs, negotiating with contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all tenders.
- Source quotations and assess quotes received from suppliers and subcontractors.
