Responsibilities:
- Provide world-wide field services support for company’s products
- Provide service and applications support to distributors and customers
- Interact with both the distributors and customers to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical, Engineering or Technology
- Experience in failure analysis, field service or customer support in the Semiconductor industry would be an added advantage
- Possess good troubleshooting skills in PCB, PC hardware and software
- Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel overseas
- Fresh graduates are welcome
