Job Summary:
- Salary Range: Up $4,500 + AWS + Average 2.5 Months VB
- Working Location: Central
- Rotating shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance by contractors
- Provide the necessary technical expertise and know-how in the support and management of day-to-day building maintenance and operations
- Manage outsource vendors and ensure breakdown & feedbacks are resolved in a timely & effective manner according to SLA
- Check on vendor works, sign service report and follow up on corrective maintenance
- Ensure feedback and breakdowns are registered inside building operations system so that they are tracked till completion
- Conduct periodic inspection on the system functionality, performance and abnormalities.
- Check M&E services during handing over and taking over of units
- Support tenancy fit-out and sub-division works
