The Role
Become the architect of impactful data solutions by empowering a talented analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. You will spearhead the development of a robust data warehouse and reporting ecosystem on Azure, leveraging cutting-edge tools like DBT, Python, Databricks, and Power BI. You will partner with the leadership teams to drive strategic data initiatives aligned with business objectives and be the trusted advisor to business users, translating their needs into data-driven solutions and challenging traditional processes. You will champion data quality and governance, ensuring compliance and maximizing value realization. You will embrace AI and automation to enhance insights and user efficiency and unlock the potential of IoT data through strategic partnerships and integrations. You will break down silos by fostering interdepartmental collaboration for collective success.
Your Profile
We are seeking for a data architect with a business acumen and proven track record of leading, motivating, and empowering diverse teams; strategic mastermind in formulating data-driven strategies aligned with business objectives and a collaboration champion in bridging communication gaps and fosters understanding across stakeholders, and a technical expertise in building the data bedrock. Extensive experience architecting, developing, and implementing data warehouses on Azure, tech-savvy builder, proficient in DBT, Python, Databricks, Power BI, and other relevant technologies and a project maestro in delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations, leveraging strong project management skills and effective external consultant management.
Additionally, you must be an AI advocate in embracing AI tools to unlock deep data insights and optimize user efficiency and a business-minded strategist in aligning data initiatives with clear bottom-line impact and commercial success.
