Job Description:
·Assist Project Manager in execution of Project Management, Project Schedule and Coordination with Sub Contractors.
·Plan, implement and monitor work schedules.
·Liaise with Main Contractor on site requirements.
·Supervise Sub Contractors, Vendors on maintenance, site testing and commissioning activities and ensure quality standard.
·Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the tasks in time.
·Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project.
·Order material and equipment from vendors.
·Support site documentation requirements.
Job Requirement:
·Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
·At least 3 years of working experience for Project Engineer/ Site Engineer in ACMV Industry is required.
·English is a must. (reading/writing/speaking)
·Proactive and ability to meet tight deadline.
·Possess good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
·An independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
Able to start with short notice.
