Job Description & Major Responsibilities
- To support the Manager in managing Logistics & Inventory Management activities to meet customers and company’s expectations.
- To support the Manager in data analysis, strategizing inventory planning, solution & execute activities.
- To support HOD to achieve set target in term of inventory and back up for Parts Coordinator.
- To perform the duty to improve logistics activities.
- To assist the Manager to identify the parts business requirement & setup the required business unit within the section.
- To familiarize with the various function within the Inventory Department and look for improvement & create the procedure for each task.
- To assist the Manager to detect any issue with the Parts operation.
- To perform business continuous improvement activities.
- To perform continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
- To perform identification of business requirements.
- To assist manager to integrate various functions and perform as an Executive role.
- To coordinate activities to improve quality of Parts services.
- To perform material handling and coordination.
- To administrate document control for audit trail.
- To generate report for statistics and management review.
- To administrate the workflow procedure for improvement in efficiency within the Inventory Management.
- To develop material plans and compile forecast to fulfil customers’ orders.
- To participate in stock inventory control.
- To perform safety and health tasks.
- To report WSH incidents
- To coordinate WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements.
- To suggest WSH solutions to address localized shortcomings in existing.
- To perform safety and health risk assessment.
- To comply safety, health, and operational quality standards.
- To perform technology application tasks
- To source for technology application to improve task.
- To simulate & trial run for the technology application.
Desired Qualifications / Requirements / Competencies :
- Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/ Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Team player with good communication skills, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
