Responsibilities
- Overseeing and processing for both outgoing and incoming shipments
- Vetting and preparation for Delivery Order, shipping documents for both import and export.
- Coordinating with various traders and trade executives on orders processing and providing shipment documentation
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Mitigate the issue / problem encounter during the operation.
- Coordinate with supplier & contractor for inbound & outbound deliveries, stock-take as and when required.
- Handle any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements
- Minimally possesses a Diploma in Supply chain/ Logistic.
- Textile, apparel, garment industries and manufacturing experience/background are desirable
- Proficient with the MS office (Power Points, Excel, MS outlook) skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, diplomatic and good presentation skills
