- Develop and formulate beverage prototype based on projects, industrial standards and country-specific requirements.
- Had experience in beverage application projects such coffee, tea, dairy, plant-based, carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, energy drinks, flavored water and alcoholic beverages.
- Able to handle lab process equipment including UHT, aseptic filler, homogenizer, carbonator, hot water bath, autoclave and high shear mixer.
- Basic understanding of product heat treatment for different beverage categories to ensure product safety.
- Had experience in selecting and evaluating the right flavor solution in compliance with applications requirements.
- Good sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors.
- Basic understand the commercial needs for the category/market and be the technical contact/support for the key category customers/markets.
- Manage raw materials, laboratory supplies and housekeeping.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
