- Assist with IT infrastructure, request and administration
- Maintenance of equipment
- Diagnosis of network and system issues, rectifying and maintenance
- Installation and setup
- Providing users with 1st level support, hardware, software and technical support
- Hardware and software provisioning and staging
- Any other adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT or related fields
- Min 1 year troubleshooting experience
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
- Location: Bugis
- Salary: Up to $2700
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
