We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Delivery and Solutions Lead (IFM) to oversee the delivery and management of our Integrated Facility Management system, in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical configurations, information technology, and customer relationship management. The role will be responsible for ensuring that our system is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of integrated facility management system within scope, time, budget, performance, quality, and other objectives.
- Provide technical implementation and expert consultation on process optimization or integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and engineers to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with data teams to prepare and load datasets. Monitor and ensure quality of collected data through data validation and cleaning processes.
- Execute system configuration activities, ensuring that the system is set up and customized according to client specifications throughout the delivery process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project, and system technical documents.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation to verify system functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Provide regular project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide advanced technical support to clients during and after system implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Level 1 operations support and development teams as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong passion for technology and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in the facility management industry.
