Our client is a leading BIM consultancy in Singapore. They are actively venturing into new design technologies to improve the current building practices. They are currently looking for BIM Modellers / Coordinators for their various projects in Singapore.
about the job
- Monitor BIM modelling and update BIM models consistently
- Content creation: such as parametric, formula, nested and type catalogues
- Work with all discipline vendors on content download and update to company’s standards
- Accurate model management and administration ensuring a health BIM database
- Manage and deliver appropriate visual (VDC) to support construction works
- Generate walkthrough animation for visual checking
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or any other software
- Develop, collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to generate BIM Models
- Edit AutoCAD/ MicroStation 2D, engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications, standards
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience doing BIM for LTA / MRT / M&E Projects
- BCA certification will be a plus
- Able to complete a technical assessment prior to face to face interview
- Familiar with BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad, Bentley and MS Office
- Ability to interpret and work with BIM 4D,5D,6D is desirable
- Able to commence immediately or with short notice period
