Job Description
- Provide direct support to sales team including attend to customers’ enquiries, prepare sales quotations, processing sales invoice and delivery management (Local & Overseas)
- Update of products price list, brochure and new products arrival notice to all customers through different channels
- Assist in creating the sales message of the company and send the newsletters, promotional information to prospective clients, maintain and update content on company’s website and social media platforms
- Assist in office administrative tasks
- Ad-hoc sales support as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent
- Knowledge with photo and video editing software (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Good command of English in writing
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients in view of business communications
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experiences in related position

- Our office is located at 141 Woodlands Industrial Park E 5, Woodland E-Terrace Singapore 757507
- We work on Monday to Friday(8:30am to 5:30pm), Alternate Saturday (8:30am to 1:30pm)
