Responsibilities
Clinical Board:
- Provide secretariat support for Clinical Board meetings.
- Compile papers and presentations for circulation to members.
- Attend meetings and record minutes.
- Submit minutes for review, amendment, and approval.
- Maintain a register of outstanding matters and engage stakeholders to ensure actions are taken.
- Research and draft strategic papers and presentations for the Clinical Board.
Strategic Committees:
- Provide secretariat support to strategic committees, including the Clinical Governance Committee, Clinical Services Development Committee, and Clinical Manpower Planning Committee.
- Lead the preparation of discussion papers and presentations.
- Provide administrative support, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and setting agendas.
Clinical Board Committees and Workgroups:
- Lead administrative support for committees and workgroups.
- Prepare discussion papers and presentations.
- Review and standardize administrative and clinical governance policies to ensure consistency in patient-centered and evidence-based care.
Project Management:
- Assist with special projects as directed by the Chair or Assistant Director.
- Develop and implement plans to meet project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while understanding institutional constraints and challenges.
- Ability to supervise and motivate people.
- Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about contributing to the regional healthcare system.
