What You’ll Do:
As a Japanese-Speaking Law Enforcement Requests Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Global Information Requests: Efficiently handle information requests from around the world, emphasizing meticulous document intake and processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members in Ireland, San Francisco, and Singapore to prioritize requests and maintain operational consistency.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously improve processes for efficiency and consistency.
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure timely responses to emergency requests globally.
- Representation: Potentially represent X in witness testimony or other external engagements.
Requirements:
You have:
- Fluency in Japanese for effective communication
- Passion and enthusiasm for protecting user privacy and freedom of expression
- Experience processing requests for user information
- A collaborative and optimistic mindset

- At ease with providing clear and concise responses to time-sensitive requests
- An excellent communicator, and will maintain open, thorough, and regular communication with teammates and cross-functional teams
