Furama RiverFront, Singapore is looking for a committed F&B Executive to join our F&B team that responsible for the operation in the Restaurants and ensure that service provided to guests is courteous and efficient and up to the required standard. The key responsibilities will includes:
• Assist the Manager to enforce all pre-check and check control procedures.
• Ensure that mis-en place/side station is all properly set-up before the shift commences.
• Check that the service stations are properly stocked with adequate glassware, cutlery, chinaware and guest supplies at all times and ensure replenishment whenever necessary.
• Assists guests with order taking and promotes the restaurant food and beverage offerings.
• Provides excellent service at all times to all of our guests based on established hotel standard operating procedures.
• Accept reservations according to guests’ requests and ensure that their requirements are met.
• Ensures cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas.
• Comply with all the rules, regulations and policies established by the Hotel.
• Be fully familiar with the emergency procedures of the Hotel.
Job Specifications
• Thorough knowledge in Restaurant Operations, Food and Beverage Services in the Hotel.
• Dynamic, Outgoing and Pleasant
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skill
• Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
