Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full-set accounts for our clients
- Responsible for timely closing of monthly & yearly accounts and preparation of GST returns
- Prepare detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Prepare detailed accounts receivables ledger, accounts payable ledger, salary listing, fixed assets register and bank reconciliations
- Prepare audit schedules for auditors
- Follow up on outstanding queries with client via email, phone call or face-to-face meetings
- Respond to client queries on management accounts, journal entries and software know-how
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy and/or Chartered Public Accountant qualification
- Proficient in accounting software e.g. Xero, Autocount, Quickbooks or UBS
- At least 2 years' experience in preparing full set accounts
- Meticulous and independent
- Able to start immediately
